General Terms and Conditions

  • Terms and Conditions apply.
  • Offers are available only at participating Applegreen Republic of Ireland stores and are available only while stocks last.
  • Offers are available from 00.01 on Monday 3rd to 23.59 on Friday 21st February 2020.
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Offers can only be redeemed upon presentation of an active registered Applegreen Rewards Card at the till or by quoting a registered mobile number and there is no limit on the number of offers customers can redeem.
  • The Promoter; Applegreen reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the product offers in the event of any unforeseen circumstances arising which are beyond its reasonable control without giving prior notice and without liability.
  • Only one entry is allowed per customer.
  • Decisions of Applegreen are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded as proof of age.
  • These ‘Buy Swipe Win’ offers are exclusive to Applegreen Rewards Customers only.
  • The Draw is open to all Applegreen Rewards Customers (resident in the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over who have purchased any of the eligible exclusive offers listed with their Rewards Card).
  • Applegreen reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
  • By participating in Applegreen promotions and competitions, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  • Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. Entries received after the Draw closing date will not be entered into the Draw.
  • Winners shall be selected and contacted by phone on Monday 24th May. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize.
  • Applegreen accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Draw.
  • Applegreen reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe that any winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Applegreen reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no contact has been made within a 36 hour period.
  • Applegreen and the Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the promotion or prize.
  • Entry into this Draw will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).
  • Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in this competition.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the Entrants. By entering the promotion, the Entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the promotion.
