Q.1 What is new about the Applegreen loyalty app?

The main change is that we are moving away from collecting points on purchases. We will reward you with free, or discounted products in-store.

Q.2 When was the last day to earn points in store?

22nd September 2019

Q.3 When was the last day to spend my points?

13th of December 2019.

Q.4 What happened to the points I did not spend before the 13th of December?

As a gesture of goodwill, these points were converted to in - store vouchers that were sent out via email on the 28th of January. The last day to use these vouchers was the 31st of July 2020.

Q.5 Can my previous points be moved to the new app?

We are starting fresh. The new app doesn’t run off points, so any previous spending history will not be transferred over.

Q.6 How does the new app work?

Scan your Applegreen barcode (from app, mobile website, or linked physical card) or enter the phone number associated with your Applegreen account when you transact in-store. Transacting with Applegreen Rewards will allow you to get coupons and avail of discounts.

Q. How can I check if I have any in store rewards?

You can check your credit balance on the app or in store by scanning your ID code/ giving your phone number.

Q. What if I don’t have a smartphone, can I still participate?

Technology, we can’t live without it. You can’t earn Applegreen Rewards without it. Sorry, at this time, you need a smartphone to run the app. The App is not compatible for download via mobile devices operating on the BlackBerry® or Windows® mobile operating systems.

Q. Do you still have a fob/card I can swipe in-store?

No, the Applegreen app is the main communication tool for the loyalty programme and the easiest way to see all your information. If you don’t have your phone on you, you can give the barista your phone number at the till to add credit. You no longer will need a card/fob.

Q. Is the app available in all your UK and Ireland stores?

This rewards app is for our ROI stores only. We hope to roll out to other regions in time.

Q. Can I track my progress in the app and see how close I am to my next reward?

Yes. You will be able to log into your account and see your progress at any time, so that you know when your next reward is coming!
