O’Keeffe’s Bakery was established in1984 and is a family run business now in its 2nd generation – the bakery is based in Ballincollig, County Cork.

As we are an Artisan bakery many of our products are produced by hand giving them a very rustic and authentic look and taste. Handmade breads, scones, donuts and par-baked breads are some of our more popular lines.

AS an Irish business, we make every effort to source as much of our ingredients as possible within Ireland. Irish butter, flour, milk, and buttermilk are some of the key ingredients sourced within Ireland, which helps us achieve very high quality products. We do import authentic French flour to make our French baguettes. All aspects of our production are monitored carefully to ensure only the finest quality products leave our factory which operates to an A grade BRC hygiene standard.

RD and New Product Development are key drivers within our business helping us to constantly push the boundaries in developing new ideas and new products adding value for our customers.
